Real estate expertise is a demanding discipline that requires rigorous training, extensive field experience, and full mastery of the economic, technical, and legal aspects of real estate.
Graduated from the EPFL in economic real estate expertise, and from the University of Applied Sciences of Fribourg – School of Engineering and Architecture in technical building expertise, as well as a trained lawyer, I have built my career around a constant commitment to approach real estate with method, rigor, and independence.
Coming from a family with a background in real estate, wine estates, and Geneva hospitality, I grew up in a culture of quality, service, and legacy. This heritage nurtures my connection to places, their history, and the sustainable enhancement of heritage. Passionate about architecture and the careful development of buildings, I approach each project with high standards, method, and a long-term vision.
At Maison Cologny Properties, I leverage my legal skills and real estate expertise to provide my clients with personalised guidance to help clients make informed real estate and wealth decisions.

I come from the world of luxury, where quality and client experience are inseparable. Within leading luxury groups, I evolved in environments where rigor, attention to detail and understanding client expectations are essential to project success.
Coming from a family of architects, I developed a particular sensitivity to architectural quality and spatial volumes. This background naturally led me closer to real estate and its heritage dimension.
Cologny Properties was born from the meeting of two worlds: luxury and real estate expertise. I promote the development of the agency's development and build relationships with property owners through a strategic and heritage-oriented approach that complements Sandy's expertise.
Together, we wanted to create a real estate advisory agency dedicated to property owners for whom real estate is primarily a life, heritage, and legacy decision.
